Crawford Orthodontics is currently seeking a Practice Manager for our Orthodontics office. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demand effectively. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices. Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges
