This highly visible role provides frequent opportunities for meaningful conversation with guests and has a direct impact on creating a memorable guest experience. The supervisor supports smooth arrivals and departures, coaches colleagues, responds to guest inquiries, processes forms of payment, and helps resolve guest concerns. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate Front Office colleagues. Professional, approachable, and comfortable engaging with guests. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns calmly and effectively. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel operating systems. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
