These are stellar qualities as our practice is a "people person" practice…our patients are our cared for much like a "lighthouse" that serves as a navigational aid to warn boats and ships, a Treatment Coordinator acts the same as an aide to educate and warn patients of their dental health needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Being a Team Member is the most important attribute, make our place your home. Maintaining manageable and productive schedules Good Call Conversion Skills when answering a new patient call Recording, reporting, and tracking case presentation results Ensuring a high conversion rate and proper follow through on all case presentations Following up on pending treatment plans Communicating results and updating manager or doctor on progress throughout the day Computer literate / Dental software programs Managing your workflow throughout the day in efforts to work efficiently so you can complete tasks in a timely fashion Understand Dental Insurance process, billing, pre authorizations, verifs, eligibility Knowledge of PPO insurance Able to present financial arrangements, Care Credit, Lending Club, Cherry, Sunbit etc. Experience Prior experience in a dental office setting and handling dental insurance is a must.

From $32.00 per hour
