Why Work With Us Competitive pay Growth and advancement opportunities Employee meal discounts Hotel stay perks Supportive, team-centered culture Beautiful work environment in the Ojai Valley Key Responsibilities Supervise daily front office operations to ensure exceptional, courteous guest service Coordinate arrivals and departures, including room assignments, special requests, and guest amenities Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all hotel departments Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns, feedback, and service recovery opportunities Assist with VIP and special request room inspections as needed Identify opportunities to create personalized and anticipatory guest experiences Support a culture of continuous learning through training and development initiatives Ensure team members clearly understand expectations and are held accountable for performance Maintain knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and OSHA requirements Participate in team meetings and operational briefings Ensure completion and compliance with all required training programs What We're Looking For Previous front office or hospitality leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for guest service and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and professionalism. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence.
