This is a leadership-level role that focuses entirely on high-level practice management, financial health, and team leadership, completely independent of daily front office or receptionist duties like answering phones and checking in patients.

Dental Practice Business Manager Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday ( No Weekends )

Performance Bonuses High-Level Responsibilities Financial Oversight:
Manage accounts payable, analyze monthly P&L statements, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize overhead costs.
Revenue Cycle Management:
Oversee complex insurance collections, resolve aging accounts receivable, and audit ledger accuracy without handling day-to-day billing data entry.
Practice Growth & Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase production, monitor patient acquisition metrics, and optimize scheduling efficiency.
Team Leadership & HR:
Recruit, onboard, and evaluate administrative and clinical staff, manage payroll, handle conflict resolution, and cultivate a positive office culture.
Compliance & Operations:
Ensure total practice compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and labor laws while managing vendor contracts and ordering workflows.
Job Requirements Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated dental practice management or healthcare business administration experience.
Software Expertise:
Deep operational mastery of major dental systems (Open Dental preferred) and financial software like QuickBooks.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial forecasting, human resource management, and team building.
Education:
Degree is a bonus

From $80,000.00 per year
