Position Overview
Neuvera Brain Health Institute is seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and proactive Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outpatient clinic in Palo Alto. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable independently managing clinic workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment and who takes pride in creating an efficient, professional, and patient-centered practice.
The Practice Manager will be responsible for clinic operations, patient scheduling, front desk coordination, administrative workflows, and communication across patients, providers, and staff. This individual will play a key role in supporting a smooth clinic experience while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow execution.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative workflows
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and front desk coordination
Support patient intake, insurance verification, and billing-related workflows
Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinic staff
Support clinic staff scheduling, onboarding, and operational coordination
Maintain accurate records and support EMR workflows
Manage office vendors, supplies, and facility-related needs
Identify opportunities to improve clinic workflows and operational efficiency
Ensure a positive, professional, and high-quality patient experience
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience managing daily operations in an outpatient medical clinic or private practice setting
Strong experience with patient scheduling, front desk operations, and administrative coordination
Ability to independently manage clinic workflows in a fast-paced environment
Experience with insurance coordination and medical office operations
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with EMR systems and general administrative software
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in neurology, psychiatry, brain health, or other outpatient specialty clinics

Compensation
Expected base salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually.
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
