Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental specialty office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and team efficiency Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration to reach operational goals Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years Experience in management role (team of at least x10) Valid Driver's License Previous experience in a dental office management role, preferably in a pediatric setting.
