Job Description
Dental Office Manager We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage both the front-office operations and overall practice performance while creating a positive experience for patients and team members. Responsibilities Oversee daily dental office operations Lead, train, and support front-office and clinical team members Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Monitor production, collections, and accounts receivable Track practice KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement Manage insurance, billing, and financial processes Monitor staffing, payroll, supplies, and office expenses Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance Address patient concerns and ensure excellent customer service Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies Work closely with doctors to achieve practice goals Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative culture Qualifications Previous dental office management experience required Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing Experience with practice management software; Open Dental experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable analyzing practice metrics and financial reports Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is a strong leader, results-oriented, and passionate about both patient care and practice success .
