Job Description

Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Office Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Office Manager to join and help lead our dental team.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00
PM Practice:
4-chair private family dental practice This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident managing the front office, presenting treatment plans, working with insurance, and helping a dental practice run efficiently while providing an excellent patient experience. Qualifications To be considered, you should have: Previous dental front office experience, ideally including office management or leadership responsibilities Strong experience with treatment planning and treatment presentation A solid understanding of PPO dental insurance, billing, claims, and accounts receivable Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to confidently discuss treatment and financial options with patients A desire to develop and strengthen your leadership skills The ability to work closely with the doctors to improve systems, scheduling, production, and the overall patient experience A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the practice Responsibilities Responsibilities will include: Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand recommended treatment, insurance benefits, and financial options Following up with patients on outstanding treatment and helping improve treatment acceptance Managing the front office and supporting smooth daily practice operations Supervising and supporting both front and back office team members Optimizing doctor and hygiene schedules to help meet practice production goals Submitting insurance claims and managing accounts receivable Verifying insurance benefits and helping resolve insurance-related issues Ensuring daily administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Leading morning huddles and team meetings Delegating responsibilities and holding team members accountable for assigned tasks Working closely with the doctors to identify opportunities to improve systems, patient care, and practice performance Helping ensure the practice remains compliant with applicable OSHA requirements We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, confident with patients, and comfortable taking the lead. The ideal candidate can balance excellent customer service with the business side of running a successful dental practice.
