The right individual is professional, enthusiastic, organized, hardworking, and reliable. If you love the dental or healthcare world and enjoy being a part of a high-quality supportive team, then this may be the right fit for you. We are looking for an office manager, but are willing to hire an assistant manager and train the position for a motivated candidate with dental experience.
About the position:
This is a full-time position. We are looking for a strong leader who can take ownership of the office operations. The pay for this position is dependent on the quality of candidate and level of experience. There is upward mobility for any qualified candidate.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and building the office team and interoffice rapport. Setting and reaching quantifiable goals. Evaluating office performance metrics.
Overseeing the management of:
front desk operations, insurance claims, accounts receivable, coaching employees, scheduling employees, handling staff and patient issues. Supporting the office culture of team work, excellence and professionalism. Understanding and supporting the relationships between our office and referring offices. This role requires high levels of attention to detail, self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
DENTAL EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED
