Dental Treatment Coordinator - New San Diego office GREAT PAY and Monthly Bonus $ $ $ Bi-lingual Spanish - English needed for Orthodontic office We are seeking a dedicated and organized experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Orthodontic Team.
  • Must have dental front office experience to be considered for this position
  • Conduct insurance verification to confirm coverage and benefits prior to appointments, addressing any discrepancies with patients or insurance companies.
  • Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and communications in compliance with office policies.
  • Utilize dental office management software streamline scheduling, documentation, and patient communication processes Dental case presentation - to present ortho financial arrangements - Qualifications Prior experience working in a dental office a must Strong knowledge of dental terminology relevant to dental care is essential.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent dental administrative support with attention to detail. Proven office experience with proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health records systems. Familiarity with dental office procedures, treatment planning, and insurance processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
