Full Job Description Position Summary:
Le Meridien Hotel Pinnacle International Hospitality is seeking an experienced, service-driven Front Office Manager to lead daily operations of the Front Office department at our Le Meridien Pinnacle Hotel in San Diego. The Hotel features 239 Guestroom, 10,000 sq meeting space, Restaurant and Lounge. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring efficient departmental operations. The Front Office Manager works collaboratively with all hotel departments to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel operations. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Front Office team members while fostering a positive, service-driven culture. Monitor guest feedback, resolve escalated concerns, and implement initiatives to continuously improve guest satisfaction. Manage departmental scheduling, labour costs, payroll, and operating expenses while supporting hotel financial objectives. Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel standards, health and safety regulations, and departmental procedures. Monitor departmental performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the achievement of operational and business goals. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive Front Office leadership experience in a full-service hotel.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing labour, scheduling, and departmental operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
