Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dental Administrator with a minimum of two years of back-office experience to join our integrative dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of biological and biomimetic dentistry, as well as whole-body health principles, is a plus. This role plays a vital part in supporting our practice's mission to provide holistic dental care within a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth practice operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records professionally. Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations, privacy laws, and practice policies. Assist in practice management activities, including billing, insurance processing, and maintaining accurate documentation. Support the clinical team with administrative needs related to patient care coordination. Maintain organized records of patient histories, treatment plans, and financial transactions. Contribute to a welcoming environment that promotes patient comfort and trust. Stay informed about updates in dental regulations and practice management best practices. Skills Minimum of two years' experience in a dental back-office and administrative role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate kindly and effectively with patients and team members. Knowledge of compliance standards within the dental industry. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and practice management tasks. Familiarity with dental software systems and office management tools. Ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge or interest in biological and biomimetic dentistry, as well as whole-body health concepts, is advantageous. Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
