Dental Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager - San Jose, CA We are looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dental office and enjoys both patient-facing coordination and behind-the-scenes management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate treatment plans and present financial options to patients Manage day-to-day office operations and staff scheduling Oversee insurance verification, billing, and coding Handle patient scheduling and front desk coordination Support onboarding and training of team members Monitor KPIs, budgeting, and inventory Assist with financing options (CareCredit, Sunbit, etc.) Ensure smooth daily workflow across clinical and administrative teams
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office required (Treatment Coordinator and/or Office Manager experience preferred) Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar) Strong understanding of insurance billing, coding, and pre-authorizations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation
