As we continue expanding our Veterinary Imaging business, we are building a dedicated team to drive the growth of our Veterinary CBCT and Portable Veterinary CBCT product portfolio across the United States and global markets. Job Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for CareRay's Veterinary Imaging products. Drive customer acquisition through channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, webinars, website campaigns, industry platforms, and CRM marketing campaigns. Continuously test and optimize digital campaigns, messaging, audiences, and channels to improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency. Brand & Product Marketing Develop and strengthen CareRay's brand presence in the U.S. veterinary imaging market. Create and manage product marketing content, including website content, product presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and other marketing materials. Work closely with global Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent product positioning and brand messaging. Lead Management & Sales Handoff Establish and manage the process for capturing, qualifying, nurturing, and tracking marketing leads. Work closely with Sales and Clinical Applications teams to ensure qualified leads are transferred effectively for customer engagement and conversion. Monitor lead sources, engagement, conversion rates, and marketing pipeline contribution through CRM and marketing analytics tools. Market & Customer Insights Conduct market research to understand veterinary industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Develop customer profiles and target segments to improve marketing effectiveness and lead quality. Provide market insights and customer feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Headquarters. Events & Campaigns Plan and execute webinars, industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and customer marketing campaigns. Coordinate online and offline marketing activities to support lead generation and brand awareness. Track campaign performance and continuously improve marketing ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Applications, Customer Success, and Headquarters to support the complete customer acquisition process. Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and regularly report campaign performance, qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and other key marketing metrics. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Animal Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or lead generation. Proven experience generating B2B leads through digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, webinars, CRM campaigns, SEO/SEM, or similar platforms. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms . Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, lead qualification, campaign optimization, and marketing funnel management. Strong content creation, communication, presentation, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable improvements. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing international organization. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, exhibitions, and customer-related activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the veterinary, animal health, medical device, diagnostic imaging, or healthcare technology industries. Experience marketing capital equipment or technical products. Existing relationships with veterinary hospitals, clinics, distributors, veterinary associations, or industry media. Experience building a new market or marketing function from the ground up. Experience working with global teams or multinational companies.
