Seeking a Medical Office Manager to Join Our Exceptional Aspen Medical Practice A well-established, physician-owned medical practice in Aspen, Colorado is seeking an experienced, organized, and personable Medical Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our practice. We are a unique practice combining personalized concierge-style care with traditional insurance-based medicine , with a strong commitment to excellent patient care and a welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily office operations and workflow Managing and supporting administrative and clinical staff Scheduling, patient communication, and front-office operations Insurance verification, billing coordination, and accounts receivable Maintaining efficient and accurate office systems Staff training, scheduling, and performance management Coordinating with physicians to ensure exceptional patient care Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies Helping identify and implement improvements to practice operations The Ideal Candidate Must reside locally and have stable housing in the Roaring Fork Valley Previous experience managing a medical office or healthcare practice Excellent organizational and communication skills Professional, warm, and patient-focused Comfortable working independently and solving problems Strong computer/EHR skills; Experience with Athena EHR is preferred.
