The ideal candidate will have a proven background in healthcare administration and be comfortable working in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front office staff to ensure optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare services and patient care protocols to effectively assist patients and staff. Implement and oversee office policies and procedures to comply with regulatory standards. Manage scheduling of staff, appointments, and resource allocation to optimize workflow and patient care. Handle patient interactions with discretion and sensitivity, including appointment setting, billing inquiries, and general service feedback. Develop and maintain a clean, organized front office area to promote a welcoming environment for patients and staff. Prepare regular reports on staff performance, patient feedback, and office efficiency, suggesting improvements when necessary. Required Skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminology
