Job Description

We're looking for a Front Desk & Practice Operations Manager — a hybrid role for someone who is as comfortable greeting a patient with a smile as they are streamlining a workflow or building out a social media calendar. You'll be the first face and voice patients encounter, and at the same time you'll have real ownership over the tools, systems, and marketing that help South Valley PT run more efficiently and grow. This job requires in-person 5 days a week 8-5pm at our clinic in the Lowry neighborhood of Denver. If you're upbeat, business-minded, and energized by finding smarter ways to get things done, we want to hear from you. South Valley PT is a growing, patient-centered physical therapy clinic known for our specialized expertise in treating dizziness and neurologic conditions and a genuine, positive patient experience. As our practice has grown to 9 clinicians, so has the need for someone who can run a smooth, welcoming front office while also helping us modernize how we operate. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to make a real, visible impact on both our patients' day-to-day experience and the systems that power our business. The Opportunity We're looking for a Front Desk & Practice Operations Manager — a hybrid role for someone who is as comfortable greeting a patient with a smile as they are streamlining a workflow or building out a social media calendar. You'll be the first face and voice patients encounter, and at the same time you'll have real ownership over the tools, systems, and marketing that help South Valley PT run more efficiently and grow. If you're upbeat, business-minded, and energized by finding smarter ways to get things done, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Front Desk & Patient Experience Make every patient and visitor feel welcomed and comfortable, answering in-person questions with patience and professionalism to help set them up for success with their PT. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments accurately. Accept and process patient payments, co-pays, and balances with accuracy and care. Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly throughout the day. Business Systems & Operations Look for opportunities to automate and simplify administrative work, and see improvements through from idea to implementation. Own and continue rolling out our patient self-scheduling system. Evaluate and help implement tools like an AI phone agent to reduce missed calls and administrative load. Partner with the clinic owner on day-to-day business operations, bringing a proactive, ownership mindset to how the practice runs. Marketing & Growth Create engaging content for social media using tools like Canva. Help maintain and grow our online presence and patient-facing communications. Support marketing initiatives that build our reputation and attract new patients in the community. What We're Looking For A genuinely customer-service-oriented, upbeat attitude — you enjoy people and it shows. A team player who communicates well and builds good working relationships with coworkers. A business-minded thinker who naturally looks for more efficient, automated ways to get things done. A self starter, who is comfortable learning and implementing new software and technology (scheduling platforms, phone systems, practice management tools). Experience with or strong interest in Canva and social media platforms for business marketing. Strong organizational skills and trustworthiness handling patient information and payments. Front desk, administrative, or healthcare office experience is a plus, but a great attitude and the right skill set matter more. Why Join South Valley PT Real ownership — you'll help shape how the practice runs, not just follow a script. A supportive, close-knit team that values reliability and initiative. A growing practice investing in modern systems and technology, with room for the role (and you) to grow alongside it.
