This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of systems and patient flow, and is confident managing the front office independently. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Medicaid, insurance coordination, treatment planning, and patient scheduling related to surgical and restorative dental treatment. Experience with dentures, implants, oral surgery, or full-arch cases is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and lead front office team member for the practice Manage all day-to-day front office operations efficiently and professionally Greet and assist patients with excellent customer service and professionalism Verify insurance benefits and eligibility, with extensive focus on Medicaid coordination and billing Present treatment plans and review costs, financing, and payment options with patients Coordinate scheduling for surgical procedures, denture appointments, extractions, and restorative treatment Manage patient communication, recalls, appointment confirmations, and follow-up care Process insurance claims, Medicaid billing, payments, financing paperwork, and account balances Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth office workflow Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to support efficient scheduling and exceptional patient care Help establish and improve office systems and operational processes as the practice grows Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience Strong Medicaid knowledge and experience is
REQUIRED
