Job Summary (flexible hours/part time) Eaglesoft and claims submitting proficiency a must. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to provide office support with answering phones, billing, marketing, posting payments, submitting claims and pretreatment requests. Eaglesoft claims proficiency mandatory. Cross trained with some dental assistant experience a plus. Your skills will drive practice growth, optimize financial performance, and foster a positive environment for both team members and patients. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting and possess strong organizational skills, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in dental healthcare. Duties Administrative and operations support, claims, billing, scanning, marketing, claim management, denied claims, entering insurance info, pretreatments, must have strong Eaglesoft and claims experience. Clinical support as needed a plus (ie turning over rooms, taking vitals, itero scanning-able to pass DANB ice after hire), ability to help manage operations admin and clinical Doing payroll as needed Training interns/new hires Qualifications Proven experience in dental setting; dental clinic experience is highly preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, dental terminology, medical records handling, and healthcare compliance standards Experience in office management within a dental practice environment; clinic experience is advantageous Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask. Mandatory-Experience and proficiency with claims, posting payments and Eaglesoft. $24.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you proficient with dental teeth numbers, charting teeth, dental front desk duties, experience with verifying dental insurance? Are you proficient in Eaglesoft software?
