- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Practice Performance and Optimization to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- + Serve as a key member of the regional team to drive alignment, reinforce organizational priorities, and support consistent execution across locations + Audit and analyze performance and scheduling metrics to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- + 2+ years of medical practice management or Clinical Practice performance + Proven solid understanding of clinician scheduling practices in a healthcare setting + Proficiency in Epic scheduling software and tools + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Ability to travel within CT 75% or more + Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
