Job Description
N&S Supply is hiring an Inside Sales Associate for our Danbury, CT location. Join our team and be part of a growing company that offers competitive pay, great benefits, and room for advancement.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist Outside Sales team write up customer quotes and orders. Work with the sales team to gather information, appropriate sales resources, and provide job quote bids.
- Provide Spec sheets and technical information to customers as required.
- Generate new and repeat sales through leads provided via email and phone
Become educated on the Plumbing, Heating & HVAC products the company sells Determine customer requirements for a job and provide recommendations, product availability, pricing, and quotes to the customers. Assist customers at the Counter by writing up and shipping/scheduling orders. Support the Counter team as an integral part of the team on a part time basis.
Including:
Writing up and completing walk in orders
Taking customers orders over the phone
Shipping orders that are being picked up
Handling payment as required for orders
