Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for a Practice Manager to join our Enfield Primary Care location. The Practice manager provides daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent patient experiences, and strong financial performance. This role is responsible for staff leadership, operational oversight, process improvement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day practice operations to maximize patient access and satisfaction. Monitor productivity, scheduling, co-pay collections, and key performance metrics. Oversee practice budgets and operational expenses. Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff performance. Address patient and provider concerns and resolve issues promptly. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA requirements, and regulatory standards. Provide ongoing staff training and support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of medical practice management experience required. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.Position Highlights and Benefits :
