This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice, delivering exceptional patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, extensive experience in medical office management, and a passion for fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients. As a Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind efficient practice operations, financial management, and team leadership, all while upholding the highest standards of healthcare service. Duties Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows using OMS software Supervise and support team members, including dental assistants, administrative personnel, and ensuring optimal team performance and morale Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing and resource allocation to maximize practice profitability Ensure compliance with health regulation policies like HIPAA and OSHA standards while maintaining accurate medical records and patient confidentiality Coordinate with healthcare providers to streamline patient management processes using patient management software and EHR systems Implement quality assurance protocols to uphold service excellence and adherence to healthcare regulations Facilitate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to foster a productive work environment Requirements Proven experience in dental office practice management within dental or clinical settings Strong knowledge of health regulation policies such as HIPAA, OSHA, and managed care regulations Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems Demonstrated supervisory experience managing dentalcare teams in fast-paced environments Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, medical billing, and compliance oversight Acute care or dental experience is a plus; familiarity with dental clinic operations highly preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, medical records management, and healthcare administrative support functions Ability to adapt to evolving dentalcare practices and regulatory changes while maintaining high standards of patient care Join us as a Oral Surgery Practice Manager where your leadership will directly impact the quality of patient services while fostering an efficient and compliant practice environment.
