Full job description You'll work side by side with Dr. Breanne Anderson, the only board certified prosthodontist in Bonita Springs, guiding patients through some of the most meaningful dental work they will ever have done. Full mouth reconstructions. Implant supported restorations. Cases most general practices refer out. You'll own the treatment coordination process from the first conversation to the final result. You'll be the person patients trust when the stakes are high. This is a full-time role with real room to grow. You'll be the one who keeps the office running day to day, on a team that shows up for each other, not just for patients. The Role Smile Rejuvenations of Southwest Florida is a specialty prosthodontic practice built around complex, life-changing cases. This role sits at the center of that work. You'll guide patients through diagnosis, financial planning, and treatment completion, and keep the schedule and the numbers moving. Dental treatment coordination experience is required. CareStack experience is a plus. What You'll Do Guide the Patient Journey. You'll walk patients through every step of treatment, from first consultation to final result. You'll present treatment plans in plain language and answer questions with confidence. You'll help patients navigate scheduling and financing. You'll keep patient records accurate and current. Own the Schedule. You'll coordinate appointments to keep the day running smoothly. You'll optimize provider time and resources. You'll keep patient flow on track. You'll handle the administrative work behind a great patient experience. Run the Day. You'll be the point person when something comes up that needs a call. You'll coordinate coverage when someone is out. You'll keep the front office organized and moving, not just your own schedule. You'll flag what isn't working and fix it before it becomes a bigger problem. Lead With the Team. You'll set the tone for how the front office runs. You'll hold the team accountable to the standard patients deserve. You'll be the person others come to when something needs a decision. You'll work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff. Keep Things Running. You'll use CareStack and other practice systems every day. You'll keep documentation organized and current. You'll help spot process gaps before they become problems. You'll support new initiatives that improve patient care. What You Bring Required Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A professional, positive, patient centered attitude. Preferred Experience using CareStack. Supervisory or leadership experience. Experience in a high performing dental practice.
