Job Description
We are looking for a qualified medical office manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the clinic. As a medical office manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Responsibilities Working knowledge of task associated with the front and back office Implement office policies and procedures Supervise clerical as well as clinical staff Order medical and office supplies Responsible for monitoring staff time sheets Assures clinical compliance Ability to engage and motivate staff Skills Proven work experience as a medical office manager Knowledge administrative processes and principles Former Medical Assistant experience a plus Knowledge of EMR systems Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations Bilingual in
