We are looking for a outgoing and friendly receptionist lead to join our amazing team. Experience is required.
Job duties include:
Reception duties, answering multiple phone lines, scanning, emailing, organizing, cleaning, greeting clients, processing insurance claims, processing payments, loading appointments into exam rooms, assisting with tech appointments when needed and more. Avimark experience is a plus! Hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am- 6pm Wednesday 8am
- 3pm Saturday 8am
