In person Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily front office operations Lead, train, and support the front office team Coordinate patient scheduling, confirmations, and appointment flow Provide an exceptional, welcoming experience for every patient Handle treatment presentation, financial discussions, and payment arrangements Verify insurance benefits and oversee insurance-related processes Manage insurance claims, accounts receivable, and outstanding balances Monitor collections and help ensure the practice meets financial goals Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office policies Coordinate effectively with doctors, hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members Monitor practice production, collections, scheduling, and other key performance indicators Address patient questions, concerns, and complaints professionally Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of front office staff Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented office culture Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable dental and healthcare regulations Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient retention, and overall practice performance Qualifications Previous dental front office or dental office management experience required (2 years) Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and collections Experience with dental practice management software such as (Dentrix / Eaglesoft / Open Dental) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient satisfaction and exceptional customer service What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Holidays Paid time off Supportive and professional work environment Why Join Us?
