Hospital Manager (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Operations Management Maintain and update hospital software to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care Ensure adherence to all hospital policies and clinical standards Oversee daily hospital operations, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and service delivery Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure timely completion of repairs Ensure cleanliness standards are being met Staff Management & Human Resources Develop and manage technician and receptionist schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts Implement and enforce performance management and disciplinary processes Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace policies Foster a positive team culture and coordinate staff engagement activities (birthdays, holidays, etc.) Client Experience & Communication Oversee client communication standards, including timely follow-ups within 24-48 hours Address and resolve client concerns and disputes professionally Communicate with clients regarding patient care questions as needed Submit specialty referrals daily Inventory & Vendor Relations Manage inventory levels, including ordering medications/supplies/food and restock as needed Build and maintain relationships with vendors and pharmaceutical representatives Coordinate in-clinic continuing education (CE) opportunities with industry partners Oversee receipt and organization of shipments Compliance & Credentialing Maintain records of veterinary licenses, insurance, and professional memberships Ensure compliance with safety regulations and veterinary industry standards Marketing & Community Outreach Support marketing initiatives, including social media and client education materials Identify opportunities to promote hospital services and community engagement Benefits & Perks Employee pet care benefits, including at-cost medications and supplies Complimentary veterinary services (surgery time, exam fees, etc.) for employee-owned pets Regular team celebrations, including birthdays and holidays where food and drinks will be provided Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Commitment to expanding employee benefits, including future health insurance/401K options

$58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
