Office Manager Assistant Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ComfortPlus Home Healthcare is seeking a highly detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our administrative team. This role is essential to our daily operations, with a primary focus on Quality Assurance (QA), patient intake coordination, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between administrative processes and clinical standards to ensure our office runs efficiently and remains fully compliant with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation and patient charts to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies. Prepare and submit monthly compliance reports to support operational oversight.

Intake Coordination:
Manage the patient intake process, including gathering necessary clinical information, verifying eligibility, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Operational Support:
Assist the Office Manager in daily administrative tasks, including clerical duties, data entry, and workflow optimization.

Clinical Case Review:
Utilize clinical knowledge to assist with case reviews and ensure that all documentation meets the high standards of care required at ComfortPlus.

Regulatory Adherence:
Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of home health regulations and help implement protocols to ensure office-wide compliance.
Qualifications:
•
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
•
Industry Experience:
Previous experience working in an in-office home health setting is required.
•
Clinical Background:
Experience in a clinical role is required to effectively perform chart audits and clinical case reviews.
•
Operational Skills:
Strong proficiency in office management software and electronic health records (EHR).
