Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, ensuring excellent patient service, and maintaining efficient office workflows. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base and team members. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team while providing exceptional administrative support in a professional dental environment. Duties Manage all front office operations, including patient scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and appointment confirmations. Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure. Handle patient inquiries, insurance verifications, and billing processes accurately and efficiently. Maintain organized patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Supervise front desk staff, delegate tasks, and provide training to ensure smooth daily operations. Coordinate with dental providers regarding patient appointments and treatment plans. Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front office area. Address patient concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to uphold high standards of customer service. Ensure compliance with all office policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Utilize bilingual skills to facilitate clear communication with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking patients and staff. Experience Proven experience in dental office administration or a similar healthcare setting is preferred. Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or managerial experience in an office environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish are required. Proficiency in dental practice management software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of insurance processes, billing procedures, and healthcare regulations is beneficial. Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
