We are looking for a friendly, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our locally owned dental practice! About the
Role:
As the first person our patient's meet, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying and processing insurance claims Following up on outstanding claims Staying on top of A/R Managing patient outreach and communications Treatment planning presentations after patient visits Collecting after patient visits during checkout Providing general office support and assisting with patient inquiries
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a dental office is required. A willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential! We use Open Dental Software. Knowledge of that is a plus. Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care are essential to succeed in this role. A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:10-5:00 Some Friday mornings We are committed to providing the best dental experience in Hobe Sound, and we're looking for enthusiastic team members who are excited to contribute to that mission. Our office culture believes in working hard and playing hard!
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
