Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Office Manager, where you'll lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice with energy and precision. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction Manage financial functions such as budgeting, billing, coding, and ensuring accurate medical billing practices using systems like Dentrix and Eaglesoft Supervise healthcare staff, including dental assistants, hygienists, administrative personnel, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, HIPAA regulations, JCAHO standards, and state/federal health regulation policies to maintain accreditation and legal adherence Utilize electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) and patient management software to maintain accurate medical records and streamline documentation processes Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing employee relations within the practice Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance patient care quality and operational productivity Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong understanding of dental clinic operations Demonstrated supervisory experience leading healthcare teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft; familiarity with medical billing software is highly desirable Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, JCAHO standards, and health regulation policies Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to foster positive patient interactions Ability to handle fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial analysis, and managing practice finances confidently Background in medical office experience or nursing is advantageous; acute care or critical care experience adds value to your skill set Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for administrative reporting and documentation purposes Join us in leading a vibrant dental practice where your expertise will directly influence patient care excellence while supporting the growth of our dedicated team.
