The ideal candidate will ensure efficient clinic management, maintain high standards of patient care, and support healthcare providers in delivering exceptional service. Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks. Supervise staff members such as receptionists, medical assistants, and other administrative personnel to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards. Oversee patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up procedures to optimize patient experience. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to legal and organizational standards. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and efficient practice management. Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and coordinate procurement as needed. Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Stay updated on healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, and industry best practices. Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation is essential for effective communication and record keeping.
