We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead a growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and an experienced leader who can create an excellent patient experience while supporting and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support front office staff Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management Oversee daily office operations and patient flow Manage scheduling, cancellations, and no-shows Ensure a welcoming, family-focused patient experience Address patient concerns and support treatment coordination Oversee insurance verification, collections, and administrative processes Monitor office performance, scheduling, and key metrics Support patient retention, referrals, and practice growth Help identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and productivity Qualifications 3+ years of dental office management experience required Pediatric and orthodontic experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination Proven leadership and team management experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team and leadership environment Opportunity for professional growth Direct-hire opportunity Rewarding work supporting children and families
Pay:
