Team Events In-Office Espresso Machine Core Competencies:

Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience Ability to hold your team accountable and coach for growth and mentorship A belief in servant leadership and extreme ownership Experience with customer service and the ability to resolve issues with patients and team members Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
