Palm and Pearl Dental PA, Naples, FL seeks Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of the dental office, including front desk, scheduling, billing, and patient services. Ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims and patient billing. Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations. Maintain inventory of dental and office supplies ordering as needed. Recruit, hire, train, and manage administrative and support staff. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Conduct employee performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with employment policies. Assist with or manage budgeting, financial reporting, and tracking of practice performance metrics. Review collections, accounts receivable, and cash flow reports regularly. Implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle management and reduce outstanding balances. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through efficient service and excellent communication. Resolve patient complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Monitor patient feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery. Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and all other applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate regular staff training on compliance, safety, and privacy procedures. Maintain proper documentation for inspections, licenses, and certifications. Manage dental practice management software (Softdent, Dentrix). Coordinate maintenance and servicing of dental and office equipment. Support or oversee marketing and patient outreach efforts. Identify opportunities for practice growth and recommend strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Masters in Dentistry, Health Care Administration, or MBA or related or equivalent and 24 months experience.
