Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Medical Practice Manager to oversee the daily administrative and clinical operations of our outpatient medical facility. The ideal candidate ensures efficient clinic workflows, financial profitability, staff leadership, and strict compliance with Florida healthcare regulations and federal standards. You will act as the vital link between providers, patients, and administrative teams to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Equivalent professional experience may be considered. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in a medical clinic, physician practice, or ambulatory healthcare setting. Knowledge & Competencies Strong understanding of medical practice economics, budgeting, and third-party payer requirements. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Epic). Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Certification as a Medical Practice Executive ( CMPE ), Certified Medical Manager ( CMM ), or similar credentials via the American College of Medical Practice Executives or equivalent.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
