Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager and sales associate to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to staff and management while maintaining a positive work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Looking for a professional with a strong background in lead generation, sales, customer service, management, administration and team collaboration. Duties Front desk for client interactions: scheduling, billing, coordinating tasks for staff physical therapists. Sales calls and lead generation for small physical therapy practice that emphasizes health, fitness and proactive approach to rehabilitation Oversee schedule management for team members, ensuring effective allocation of resources and time. Coordinate event planning activities, including meetings, conferences, and team-building events. Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication channels within the office. Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting teamwork and supporting staff development. Requirements Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Proficiency in managing phone systems and other office technologies such a EMR and CRM technology. Experience with event planning and coordinating logistics for various functions. Excellent schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage team dynamics. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
