As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager who is ready to lead operations, inspire a team, and help build one of Central Florida's premier neurology practices. ⸻ Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-centered Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing neurology practice. This individual will work closely with our physicians and clinical leadership to ensure operational excellence, outstanding patient service, and a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who enjoys solving problems, developing teams, and creating efficient systems that allow exceptional patient care to thrive. ⸻ Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations
• Supervise front office and administrative staff
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members
• Develop workflows that improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Monitor scheduling, staffing, and office performance
• Coordinate provider schedules and clinic operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies
• Manage vendor relationships and office supplies
• Assist with budgeting, operational reporting, and performance metrics
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture
• Partner with leadership to support the continued growth of CORE Neurology ⸻ Qualifications Preferred qualifications include:
• 3+ years of medical practice management experience
• Experience leading teams in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of medical office operations
• Experience with EMR systems and practice management software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
