•Opening December 1st•Practice Manager - Luxury Medical Aesthetics Palm Lux Aesthetics | Palm Beach Gardens, FLFull-Time | $65,000 Base + Performance Bonuses Palm Lux Aesthetics is a new luxury medical aesthetics practice in Palm Beach Gardens dedicated to delivering exceptional, natural-looking results through personalized care, aesthetic expertise, and today's leading technology. We are seeking an exceptional Practice Manager to help launch, operate, and grow Palm Lux. This is not a traditional medical office manager position. We are looking for someone who combines luxury-level hospitality, strong sales ability, exceptional organization, and genuine enthusiasm for medical aesthetics. The Practice Manager will be the face of the Palm Lux experience—from a patient's first phone call through consultation, treatment, checkout, rebooking, and ongoing relationship with the practice. What You'll Do Deliver an exceptional, polished patient experience from arrival through checkout Manage incoming calls, texts, website inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and patient follow-up Convert inquiries into consultations and consultations into long-term Palm Lux patients Educate patients on available treatments, skincare, treatment plans, and future appointments Work closely with our medical provider to coordinate personalized treatment recommendations Manage checkout, rebooking, deposits, payments, and daily practice operations Develop strong relationships with patients and proactively maintain those relationships Follow up with prospective patients and patients who have not yet scheduled recommended treatments Help drive skincare and retail product sales Maintain inventory and coordinate product and supply ordering Assist with events, promotions, memberships, patient outreach, and practice marketing initiatives Track key performance metrics including leads, conversions, rebooking, treatment revenue, and retail sales Help establish systems, standards, and procedures as Palm Lux grows Eventually assist with training and managing additional front-office team members Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is polished, warm, confident, highly organized, and naturally comfortable with sales. You understand that exceptional service isn't simply answering the phone and scheduling appointments. It's remembering patients, anticipating their needs, following through, making thoughtful recommendations, and creating an experience that makes people want to return. Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or another high-touch service environment is strongly preferred.

You should be:

An exceptional communicator in person, over the phone, and through text/email Comfortable discussing and closing high-value treatment plans Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals Professional and polished in appearance and communication Able to build genuine relationships with a discerning clientele Excited by the opportunity to help build a new luxury brand rather than simply manage an established office Interested in medical aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness Previous management experience is preferred, but we will consider an outstanding patient coordinator, aesthetic coordinator, treatment coordinator, or luxury sales professional who is ready to take the next step into practice leadership.

Compensation Base Salary:

$60,000-$70,000 , depending on experience, plus a meaningful performance-based bonus opportunity tied to the growth and success of the practice. Our goal is to create an opportunity where an exceptional Practice Manager can earn $80,000-$100,000+ as Palm Lux grows. Our services include injectable treatments such as Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers and Sculptra®, along with advanced Sciton® laser and light treatments including BBL HEROic™ and HALO®.
