Pines Dental Aesthetics is looking for a bright, motivated, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Manager to join our growing team! Role Schedule :
35-40 hours per week (flexible)
Location :
Pembroke Pines, FL As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for the warm, upscale experience we provide. Responsibilities Greet patients with professionalism and warmth. Answer phones, schedule/reschedule appointments, confirm visits. Verify insurance and assist patients with financial/payment arrangements. Maintain patient records and update information accurately. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle multitasking in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the dental field (office manager or patient care coordinator). Bilingual - English & Spanish required. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Tech-savvy, comfortable with dental software (Eaglesoft experience a plus).
