About the Opportunity We are an established healthcare practice in Sarasota seeking a dependable, outgoing, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to join our team. We have proudly served our community for decades and are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced office, and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and enjoys balancing patient care with administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Manage daily front office operations Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain accurate and organized patient records Answer incoming phone calls and respond professionally to patient inquiries Coordinate patient flow throughout the day Assist with insurance and accident-related documentation as needed Handle general office correspondence and filing Support providers and staff to ensure efficient office operations Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Previous office management or supervisory experience preferred Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with accurate recordkeeping skills Comfortable using computers and learning office software Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Positive attitude and strong work ethic Bilingual a plus, but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, remains calm under pressure, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of their work.
