We are looking for a full time office supervisor for a busy outpatient practice in Daytona Beach Florida. It is an outpatient practice Monday through Friday 0800 AM and 0500PM with one hour lunch break. Patients will be variety of psychiatric patients from ages of 16 and up requiring acute psychiatric care, essentially medication management with the doctor being also present mostly in the same clinic with a PA-C/ ARNP and a therapist for advice. We are academic clinic providing teaching to FSU. We have front desk staff for signing in and out and help with other office duties. We have online scheduling software We use EMR Practice Fusion. We have a Billing Company for billing and staff fax them Superbills on a daily basis and office supervisor will have at least weekly telephone meetings to review billing status and resolve the issues and kinks. Office supervisor will be responsible for reviewing the billing status and appropriate collections. Office supervisor will be in charge of running the full office smoothly and pay the bills with the help of clinical director. We are looking for a long term relationship. Daily patients load expected to be 70 to 90.
