HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Business Office Manager. Manages business office functions; collaborates daily with nurse managers to maximize care quality and financial performance in the Center for Cardiac and Vascular Intervention (CCVI) efficiently and safely. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Manages human resources (HR); supervises subordinate colleagues directly. Manages the revenue cycle. Manages accounts payable activities. Manages reception, admissions, verifications, collections, and surgery scheduling. Manages medical records administration. Consults with the patient accounting system vendor and manages administrative contracts, equipment, and supplies. Performs other duties.

TBD. May supervise non-Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) employees
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency)
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in office management, business administration, healthcare management, or a closely related field.
Required Experience:
Three (3) years of job-related experience
Preferred Experience:
Five (5) or more years of job-related experience. Management experience.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
