Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in dental scheduling and familiarity with dental software systems(Dentrix/Archy). In the subject line please list your favorite candy. Thank you! Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures. Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software systems Dentrix. Manage patient records and ensure all files are up-to-date and accurately maintained. Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about services offered. Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently. Assist with insurance verification and claims processing as needed. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for patients. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in dental scheduling systems; We will train in Dentrix. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing patient files and records. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is advantageous but not required. Our mission is to provide patients with the best dental experience.
