Role Overview As a Manager Site II , you will oversee the daily business and operational functions of a moderately complex physician practice while ensuring exceptional patient service, regulatory compliance, and team performance. This leadership role serves as a key liaison between the practice and organizational leadership while supporting financial, operational, clinical, and administrative excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily business operations and utilization management of the physician practice Managing patient access, scheduling, and service delivery processes Supporting insurance contract verification, charge entry, and collections activities Leading clinical support operations and quality improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, risk management, and regulatory requirements Overseeing facility maintenance, purchasing, and operational resources Managing personnel, staffing, coaching, and performance oversight Supporting referral relationships and patient satisfaction initiatives Monitoring operational and financial performance metrics Serving as a liaison to Physician Services, Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Central Business Office leadership Resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Informatics or related healthcare field

Experience Required:

Four (4) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR Five (5) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR Two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a Bachelor's Degree OR Three (3) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a
