The ideal candidate is a seasoned Dental Office Manager with at least 15 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the business side of dentistry, and knows how to inspire a team while maintaining operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity Lead, coach, and support team members to foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture Manage accounts receivable (A/R), collections, and insurance follow-ups effectively Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including production and collection goals Ensure scheduling efficiency and optimal patient flow Maintain compliance with industry regulations and office protocols Handle patient relations with professionalism and care Work closely with the doctor(s) to implement growth strategies and improve overall office performanceQualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of dental office management experience Proficiency in Open Dental software (required) Strong background in A/R, collections, and financial management Proven track record of hitting and exceeding office goals Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy office environment Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetWhat We Offer:
