• Friday The Urgent Care Clinic Supervisor is a full-time position.

Responsibilities Oversee the utilization management and daily business operations of their assigned clinics. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative and regulatory aspects of the clinics. Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the clinics. Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific clinics. Responsible for utilization management, clinical support management, quality improvement, client relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management and problem solving. Acts as liaison to senior management. Perform other duties as assigned. Why BayCare? • 4 years leadership in health delivery setting with High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• OR 5 years physician or ambulatory clinic office experience with High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• OR 2 years leadership in health delivery setting with a Bachelor's Degree Required
• OR 3 years physician or ambulatory clinic office experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
