Job Description

We're looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Assistant Dental Office Manager to join our growing dental team. This is not your typical admin role, this is a leadership development position designed for someone who wants to grow into running a high-performing practice. You'll work directly alongside the Operations Leader as their right hand, helping drive performance, support the team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
